Milly’s Story
I have always been a Gold Coast girl- I moved from Sydney as a baby and love the GC! From a young age I was very interested in sports. My parents would take me to beach on certain days just so I could watch all the volleyball players. At age 9 I had grown a huge passion for soccer.
It really was an escape from reality for me. I played interschool sports whenever I could, and I eventually made it into a NPL under 14s soccer team called Logan lightning as a goalkeeper. This was an amazing accomplishment for me as I had worked extremely hard to make it at that level.
I played for two years until I suffered a knee injury which swept me off my feet for months. I still continue to play soccer any chance I get and I am very interested in the gym as well.
I have huge goals when it comes to fitness and weightlifting!
I come from a huge family, 5 siblings and a lot of cousins! Something that we love to do is go to the beach fortnightly where we play team sports including soccer, volleyball, NRL and more (You can definitely say we are all competitive).
I now focus on gym related things and have a big passion for deadlifting! I would love to go big in it!
