Hannah’s Story:
I was born in Maffra, Victoria which is a small country town with a population of approximately 5,000 people. Before I moved to Melbourne when I was 18, I completed a student exchange program in Year 10 for 12 months where I lived in the USA. I loved my town but was always wanting to explore the wider world.

My parents would drive my brother and I to sport almost every day after school and on the weekends. We traveled a lot because of this and often went to Melbourne every weekend (3 hours away) just so we could play at the highest level possible. Outside of this, my Dad is an
Electrician with his own business. My older Brother now works for him and my Mum owns a Retail Store. My parents spent every moment supporting my brother and I around their own full lives. They still all live in Victoria however I do my best to visit as often as I can. Family hasalways been and always will be the source of my inspiration, motivation and love.

I moved when I was 18 to Melbourne for University and again to Queelsand in 2020 for my postgraduate degree. I found a perfect balance in Gold Coast where I could finally feel it was the place for me. I loved being apart of the Gold Coast Physio family where I can support the career of other athletes, promote further knowledge to those wanting to look after their bodies and work alongside some other fantastic physiotherapists.
