With over 20 years of experience in the health and rehabilitation management industry, I’ve built a strong foundation in helping people move better and feel their best. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Movement Therapy, and a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, and am currently in my third year of the Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University.

For the past eight years, I’ve worked as a Clinical Pilates Instructor and Allied Health Assistant, supporting a diverse range of clients, from everyday individuals to elite athletes. My career highlights include working with the Australian Olympic Swim Team and the Queensland Academy of Sport across two Olympic cycles, as well as providing ongoing care and performance support to two Australian sprint athletes.

Outside of work and study, I love running and trail running, especially when traveling, my husband affectionately calls my travel runs “bootcamps”! I also enjoy relaxing at home with my beloved nine-year-old pup, Gigi, who keeps life grounded and joyful.
