*This ‘Free/ Nothing to Pay out of your pocket’ Gift does have a few Conditions that we want to be transparent about
– This offer email must be mentioned when booking
– the Gift is valid for 2 months from the email date. Our Friendly Staff will also call you as a Courtesy follow-up to confirm if you would like to take the offer.
– There is no out of pocket expense for the consultation when combined with your private health fund rebate (ie HICAPS/ TYRO) that can be swiped in-clinic.
– Clients without private health insurance or unable to claim electronically at the time of the consultation via HICAPS/ TYRO will receive a discount consultation: (the standard Physio consultation or a 30min Massage consultation) will be provided for the cost of $40 (which is still a saving of over 60%). Please note that HCF does not participate in Hicaps /Tyro for Massage consultations which we have no control over, so if you have HCF cover for Massage, you would be entitled to the $40 consultation fee (we think that’s still a bargain!) which you can still claim online after your appointment.
– If you are unsure if your Private Health will cover the Physio or Massage consult, it is your responsibility to call your Private Health Fund PRIOR to your consult to confirm, as our Team is not able to provide individual advice to you on your level or amount of cover.
– The Massage is a 30min in length and the Physio appointment is a standard duration consult.
– If this offer is transferred to another individual, but they must be a new client to Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health to receive the offer.
– Our current Notice of Change of an Appointment Policy applies if you accept this offer.
– The offer is not available for consult with Britt Caling, Rick Bain, Ange Flack or Sarah Bombell as Physio Team or Elle Badrak & Katie Harders as Principal Massage Therapists.
