Can I claim my visit on private health?

We have health fund claiming available in clinic for processing your private health fund rebates at the time of your consult. Please contact your health fund to find out whether you are covered.

Are we a preferred provider or part of a ‘members choice’ program?

Some private health funds have established “Preferred Provider” or “Members Choice” programs. The true meaning of these terms is commonly misconstrued. Being part of a “Preferred Provider” or “Members Choice” program has no relationship to the quality of the care you will receive. It could mean the opposite. Enhanced Primary Care Program & Veteran Affairs & Workers Compensation

Clients referred under the Enhanced Primary Care Program (Medicare via their GP), Veteran Affairs and approved Workers Compensation are all Welcome.

Cancellation & change of appointment policy

In fairness to all clients, we employ a strict change of appointment/cancellation policy. We request 8 hours’ notice to change an appointment. For pilates and Be Active sessions, we require 2 days’ notice.

Please be mindful of this policy when you book your appointment to ensure you do not incur a cancellation fee and to ensure everyone who is seeking an appointment can get one in their time of need.
