Ever wanted to try trail running, but don’t know how to start?
Our vision is to create an awesome trail running community that respects and supports each other’s love of all things running. Join us each week for free runs in Nerang National Park on single track or fire road led and supported by Our Sports & Exercise Physio, Britt Caling, or Running Physio, Kyle Weise.

Who is it for?
Our trail running options are for everyone! But to join us safely, we do recommend that you feel fit enough to run for 60 minutes and cover at least 8km in dirt and some hills.
We do vow never to let anyone get lost or be left behind, so you will be well cared for in our crew!

Where to meet: Cadence Cafe, 75 Nerang Connection Road, Nerang.
Where we run: From Cadence Cafe we run or walk 400m around the corner into Nerang National Park.
What you will learn: trail and road running skills, and the network of the single track trails in Nerang State Forest, where no two runs will be the same.
Trail running training sessions can be planned around your training program if you let us know about your required session or consent for us to liaise with your coach.
Trail run times:
- Monday mornings 5:30am (up to 60 min)
- Wednesday mornings 7:30am (up 70 min)
We invite everyone to enjoy the all-important breaky or coffee at Cadence Cafe afterwards.
What to wear: Comfortable running gear and shoes. You can also join us in our great quality Blue Gnome Run singlets. Available for purchase ($44) from either of our clinics.
Registration: No registration required. Just turn up ready to run.
