This popular and exciting class, led by Pilates & Massage Therapist, Katie Harders, allows pregnant mums and post-natal mums to safely exercise in a small group, with specific exercises for any stage of your pre and post-natal journey.
The added benefit is getting time to focus on yourself with like-minded people in a supportive environment.

Classes
Our pre and post natal Pilates classes take you through a progression of exercises designed to help and support you during your pregnancy and after delivery. Modifications can be provided for all stages of pregnancy or if any injuries are present.
All classes involve the use of equipment such as fit balls, chi and weighted balls, light weights, Pilates rings, foam rollers and resistance bands. Posture and breathing techniques are incorporated into all classes.
Make sure to wear comfortable workout clothes, and bring a drink bottle and towel.
Evening Mat Class
Perfect for mums that are back at work, currently pregnant, are still at work prepartum or for clients who need some quality ‘you time’.
Mums & Bubs Mat Class
Bring your baby along to class so they can interact with the other babies while you enjoy your post-natal Pilates.
Mums & Bubs Fitness Pilates Class
Your baby is also more than welcome to come along to this class, while your Pilates instructor leads you through reformer exercises and the use of other equipment.
When can you start pre and post natal Pilates?
If you have done Pilates prior to becoming pregnant you can join at any stage. If not, to keep you safe, a doctor’s clearance will be required before commencing.
- Natural delivery – 6 weeks post-birth with a doctor’s clearance.
- Caesarian – 10 weeks post-delivery with a doctor’s clearance.
