Our fitness Pilates classes are run by qualified Pilates instructors and are suitable for all experience levels. Classes are limited to a small group of no more than six participants to ensure you get the most out of each class.

How it works
Both session types are led by qualified Pilates instructors, who will guide and motivate you to ensure you’re getting the most out of your classes.
1:1 Sessions | 60 min
You can choose to book a 1:1 fitness Pilates sessions or join forces with a friend or partner for a 1:2 class.
Group sessions | 45-60 min
Group sessions will have a maximum of six participants.
