Our sessions are run by experienced physiotherapists and pilates instructors, and are tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve sports performance, recover from injury or surgery, or you simply wish to improve your general posture, core or well-being, we individualise your needs and accommodate your goals.
Our BeActive options can be undertaken individually or in a small group.

How it works
At Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health, we consider physio-led exercise sessions just like any other individualised exercise you underatke; they are specifically tailored to you! The exercises can be gentle and progressive, or strenuous and challenging depending on your needs.
Initial assessment
During this assessment, we will ask you about your general health, any injuries and current activities.
Please wear comfortable clothes so we can familiarise you with our equipment.
1:1 Sessions | 45 min
Following your initial consultation, we will write a program for you. We recommend you book a 1:1 session to run through this program. You can choose to continue with 1:1 sessions, or join forces with a friend or partner for a 1:2 class, or join a group option.
Group sessions | 45 min
These sessions have a small number of participants. You will have your own program to work through and your Physio or Pilates Instructor will be there to supervise you at all times to provide feedback on how you do the exercise correctly, while helping motivate you and ensure you’re getting the most from your program.
