Sarah Roder

Sarah has been a registered psychologist since 2001. She brings a unique blend of expertise in mental health, wellbeing and high-performance sport environments to her practice.

Sarah is currently a consultant to the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and has worked with an impressive portfolio of organisations, including AusTriathlon, Squash Australia, AFL, A-League Soccer, Tennis Australia, and the Victorian Institute of Sport. Recently, she accompanied the Australian Triathlon Team to the Paris Paralympics, further fuelling her passion for supporting para-athletes.

Sarah’s extensive experience has provided her with a profound understanding of the unique pressures faced by high-performance athletes and the importance of optimising mental health to achieve one’s full potential in sport and in life.
