Your initial visit
Referrals
We value you and any referrals you send us. To say thank you, we will gift you back a $10 gift voucher to use in the clinic.
To add a little excitement to your life, we send this gift via snail mail to your address that we have on file – who doesn’t like receiving something in the mail the old traditional way, right?

To claim your gift voucher
- Your family member or friend must be a new client to the clinic and they need to mention your name when coming to the clinic for the first time (otherwise, how do we know to send you the Gift??, so make sure you ask them to mention you).
- You must present your physical gift voucher in the clinic to redeem it
- your gift voucher has NO expiry date (we genuinely say THANKS)
- Your gift voucher is only for use for the name, or a direct spouse of the person named on the voucher
- There is NO limit to how many vouchers you can receive. If you keep sending us new referrals, we keep sending you new gifts
- The voucher is not available for sports physician, sports psychology or sports dietitian services

A reminder of our change of appointment / cancellation policy
Please note we employ a strict change of appointment / cancellation policy requiring you to notify us of a change by no later than 5pm the day prior to you scheduled appointment. For Pilates and Be Active sessions, we require 2 days’ notice. You can find more information on our FAQs page.
